I am going to create two new oidc-common modules, namely oidc-common-profile-impl and oidc-common-profile-api.

I am going to move the following:

* net.shibboleth.idp.plugin.oidc.op.config classes to net.shibboleth.oidc.profile.config in oidc-common-profile-api * Note the switch here from an op-impl to oidc-common-api

* net.shibboleth.idp.plugin.oidc.op.oauth2.config to net. shibboleth.oidc.profile.oauth2.config. * Note the same switch from op-impl to oidc-common-api

As the classes are moved out from the OP’s impl modules, and are only referenced in system-controlled configuration XML, we do not believe this is an API change that would require a major version change. But will discuss wider at some point.
