As previously expected, the IdP has a hard dependency on Spring WebFlow, and there still doesn’t seem to be any activity over there.

Scott has entered a ticket requesting clarification: https://jira.spring.io/browse/SWF-1750

I’m guessing that they will not indicate that there will be a new version, which would imply we’ll have to make a fork and do the update ourselves. If we do, I think it should be for internal use only and have anything inconvenient stripped out.

I’ll look into taking a first cut at this over the vacations; of course, I would be delighted to be proved wrong and to not have to complete that.
