If you fat-finger the value of jarsDirs and end up typing something that doesn't exist, you get this message:

[WARNING] Rule 0: net.shibboleth.mvn.enforcer.impl.JarEnforcer failed with message:
No <jarsDirs/> provided

In this case it would be better if it complained about the non-existence of the location, not imply that the value is missing.
