The OIDCProfileConfiguration hierarchy is moved into the commons library out of the OP but is still a bit wonky in places, such as the use of OIDC as a naming "root" when there are already OAuth-only components, and because the Authorization and Token endpoints are both sharing a config called OIDCCore.

We almost certainly need to split that at least, which will mean some allowances for backward compatibility, but we may want to look at renaming or altering other things.

With the exception of the very top of the hierarchy, none of it was API and most of it was used via parent beans, so there shouldn't be a ton of limitations, but we have to be careful with e.g. the profile URIs.
