I’ve landed the development branch for this:

* Modules are now mda-bom , mda-cli , mda-distribution , mda-framework , mda-keylists-rsa.
* Module names and descriptions are now very bare-bones. I may come back to that when I review the site build again.
* Composing (and, in the future, validating) the distribution artifacts has been broken out into a new module.
* I now build both.zip and.tar.gz package artifacts. They have names like mda-distribution-0.10.0-SNAPSHOT.zip vs.tar.gz (i.e., removing the -bin that was there before).
* Only difference in those packages is the line endings on the documentation. Scripts are packaged in their natural form in both schemes.

I’ll hold this open until I’ve updated the release notes.
