Renamed the default expiration time strategy DefaultOIDCProviderSourceMetadataExpirationTimeStrategy into more generic DefaultSourceMetadataExpirationTimeStrategy , as the implementation wasn’t currently specific to OIDC provider metadata.

Also discussed on Slack with Philip Smart ( https://shibboleth.atlassian.net/secure/ViewProfile.jspa?accountId=5afecdc1eb3ffa0c596652c4 ) that the OIDC provider metadata specific strategy should probably exploit HTTP headers related to expiration, if OP’s configuration discovery endpoint sets them.
