Hi:

We have an application SAML integrated with UBC's IDB (i.e. Shibboleth IDP).

The application is currently installed in plain vanilla VMs behind a load balancer (using Mellon as an SAML SP on each VM - with the LB routing traffic).

The application will be migrated from plain vanilla VMs to a Kubernetes deployment – would there be documentation on suggested pathways for having SAML integration for application in Kubernetes (using mellon will be cumbersome)?

NB: The query is not SAML for Kubernetes; but SAML for an application deployed in Kubernetes.
