The oidc-common crypto package contains a basic JWT validation API and various implementing classes for e.g. signatures, issuer validation, required claims, expiry, etc. We need to ensure this API is general enough to be used throughout the IdP and any plugins. It should also be architected in a similar way to the SAML validation API.
