http://support.shibboleth.net will always take you to the dashboard that lists the member project you have access to so that’s the easiest way to get to it, but the project’s name is Cornell University (issue key MCORNELL).

Anything you file for the IdP or SP as a bug is public (truly public, no login required), and I don’t want people thinking they’re operating under cover of access control. That’s more crucial than the fact that it’s in the wrong place.
