I think that I have a feeling that I know where tis needs to end up. I don’t like it

* Move all the magical pom parsing and sig checking stuff into idp-installer-src
* Add a Command like for end users to allow them to check their distro

* Begs the question. Can we extend this for all plugins?

* Arrange for the signature checking to happen inside the idp-distribution project

* Which probably means making it run as part of the verify phase
* Which probably means packaging it up as a Plugin
* Which means making a MOJO
* Neither of which do I want to have to swap in.

* The alternative is probably stop after the second bullet and suggest that wqe regularly run the test cli programs from within  {{ idp-distribution\target\shibboleth-identity-provider- {version}
