Oddly enough, having chased throgh that wiring what %p does is spit out urn:oasis:names:tc:SAML:2.0:protocol iff the bean shibboleth.MetadataLookup.Protocol.

The latter is defined to be the former, but only for the saml flows (one assumes).

Very easy to code up. I’ll test it in the testbed.
