The test idp-profile-spring/src/test/java/net/shibboleth/idp/profile/spring/relyingparty/metadata/DynamicHTTPMetadataProviderParserTest.java includes the following in a test for the "well known" metadata location mechanism:

       //TODO update with permanent test target, if there is a better one.
       final String entityID = "https: //issues.shibboleth.net/shibboleth" ;

This no longer redirects to the metadata for that SP (which will in any case be going away at some point).

We should implement a better solution to test files being available in general, and in this case in particular.

Meanwhile, I am going to disable that test.
