    IDP-397 - Remove most maven-clean-plugin customizations.
    
    Continue to delete the test-distributions directory when the 'clean'
    goal is executed, but stop running 'clean' during the initialize and
    post-integration-tests phases now that per-test-class idp.home
    directories retain logs after test failures.
