Build failed in Jenkins: java-openws-nightly #16

Changes:

[Brent Putman] JOWS-47: TLSProtocolSocketFactory should not verify hostname from SSLSession getPeerHost()

Make the deprecated method behave as much as possible like the original under certain error conditions.
