Changes:

[Tom Zeller] Bump spring-extensions to 4.0-SNAPSHOT following release of 3.0.0.

[Tom Zeller] Bump java-support to 6.0-SNAPSHOT following release of 5.0.0. Bump spring-extensions to 3.0-SNAPSHOT as that is the proper version following the 2.0.0 release.

[Tom Zeller] Bump jetty-dta-ssl to 1.1-SNAPSHOT and move property to idp-parent from idp-distribution.

[Rod Widdowson] IDP-497 Do not install any jetty config by default.  A 'not yet for consumption' property will allow people to try to install jetty.  If Jetty-base is installed then the layout is changed slightly to mirror what the MSI installer plant (start.d becomes start.d.dist)

[Daniel Fisher] Cleanup for class rename.

[Daniel Fisher] Fix case in test class name.

[Rod Widdowson] IDP-498  Predicate Signing, Encryption and backchannel credentials on relying-party.xml existing

[Rod Widdowson] IDP-487  Lock down conf to be root readable only.

[Daniel Fisher] Add external bean support for mapping strategy and result cache in the LDAP connector.
