Changes:

[rdw] IDP-346 rework the SVNBAsicAuthrnticationManager to use the SVNkit provided one, with the minotr addition that theproxying information can be set via bena like setters.  Allows Spring configuration

[rdw] IDP-346 example configuration test using Spring.
