Ah, thanks. Your search-fu is better than mine. ;-)

I can picture the Windows teams pointing fingers at each other debating whose bug it is.

We'll discuss what to do here soon and decide whether to take out the wait for the service. If we could do that conditionally on XP I guess that would be preferable.
