Add support for the new elements from the XML Signature 1.1 specification.  This includes at a minimum: DEREncodedKeyValue, KeyInfoReference, X509Digest.

There are other new elements, notably a lot for the new EC KeyValue type and OCSP subelement of X509Data, not sure yet if we want to bother with supporting those.
