As a matter of transparency, and to assist those of our customers who need to disseminate this information for legal reasons, we should document the use of cookies that our service make.  

The UK in particular is going through a scare about this and apparently what is mostly asked for is information about the USE which we make of cookies.  Names may be useful but may not be available.

I would certainly not suggest divulging the format of the cookies (except perhaps where we follow a public specification).

Note that #EDS-44 covers the EDS, but that may need to be referenced.
