The documentation for the EDS says that the defaultLogo configuration option has default value of null.  This is not correct, in fact the current shipping configuration file includes {{this.defaultLogo = 'flyingpiglogo.jpg';}}.  This causes a default installation to show broken image icons.

It would be better for the EDS to ship with an 80x60 transparent image as recommended in the documentation (and the documentation would want to be changed to reflect that).
