As part of the Windows 64 bit install we will be installing the 32 bit images.  We will however only install one version of shibd_default service.  We therefore need to be able to swap architecture.

Basically the .bat files will say

sc config shibd_default binPath= \opt\sbin64\shibd.exe

But we will need to edit that file to get the path correct during install.
