32 bit merge modules
64 bit merge modules
noarch merge modules
32 bit Shibboleth (binaries) installation
64 bit Shibboleth (binaries) installation
noarch file installation
noarch configuration (registry, services, IIS, the list is endless)

This subtask addresses the 5th item
