Investigate and possibly remove the JSON2.JS file

Surely every browser we support has JSON built in by now and hence the JSON2.JS file which sets up the JSON parser if there is not a native one is not needed.

This case is to investigate this on the usual suspects (Safari/Ios safari/Macos safari/Win32 Opera Firefox chrome IE7 and up
and then to remove it from the kitting.

I am not setting this for 1.1 (yet) it feels like a rather big step to take for that release - but we'll see what turns up in the invetigations.
