Not 100% sure, but I believe I stumbled on where I was having problems with spaces in the path. Back when the schema paths were set on the service command line, I was apparently having trouble getting it to accept parameters with spaces. Either my getopt code doesn't handle quoted parameters, or this should now work ok.

I still need spaces in the paths to work because I added stdout/stderr options to the service command line.
