As a final sanity check for the installs (my sanity  if I've screwed it up) can we, just before ship.

- Install 2.5.0 on a windows machine
- Build a modified (upwards) version of a dll.
- Build a pseudo 2.5.1, install it and check that the dll is changed.

It might also be nice to run the final 2.5.0 build against a beta and check the the correct dlls are also rev'd.  I'll happily do the testing (prior to 7/31 :-), if Scott can build the MSIs...
