Description:
Found while testign OpenSAML 3...
SubjectAttributeDesignatorType extends AttributeDesignatorType, adding an (XML) attribute. Hence it has its own marhsaller/unmarhaller/impl
The current config for spring doesn't take note of this.
Also a bug in (the now called) SubjectAttributeDesignatorTypeUnmarshaller - it should extend the appropriate base class.
