When Shibboleth clears a session cookie in 2.2.1 as a result of no match being found in the session store, there is nothing logged on DEBUG in shibd.log that would indicate what happened.  A message there may be useful for debugging session store and session stickiness issues in load balanced environments.

This issue may be invalid if modern versions do log this event.  No time to validate this immediately, so filing the issues as a reminder.
