           Description: Create an action that validates a Kerberos ticket given in KerberosTicketSubcontext on the authn request context.  Once validated, create an javax.security.auth.kerberos.KerberosPrincipal from the ticket and set it as the authenticated principal within the authn request context  (was: Create an action that validates the user agent's IP address against a given list.  This list must be in CIDR notation and support IPv4 and IPv6.  Once validated, add a UsernamePrincipal, populated with a configurable username, to the authn request context.)
