Currently the taglib support to extra the <mdui> stuff only believes in one browser language.  This is not the way the world works (and indeed not the way I intended this stuff to work).

We need to change the taglib to iterate over all browser supported languages and to emit the "correct answer".  This will of course require deciding what "correct" means.  In some casese it will be easy in others (multiple languages, multiple sizes and logos with no language tag) it won't.
