If the RequestMapper is missing all together or missing an authType="shibboleth" the ISAPI IIS filter appears to do nothing.  Diagnosing why can be difficult.  It would be helpful if, since the RequestMapper w/ an authType is required for IIS, the ISAPI filter would log a WARNing that this was the situation.
