git.shibboleth.net now private-only

As previously announced, and a month late, we have discontinued all public access to the source code and taken down Gitweb, so the old git.shibboleth.net host is just for internal project use now.

I have removed the Git source redirects now, and put in a courtesy redirect under /view over to Codeberg as well as installing a generic index page at the root pointing there.
