Shibboleth Service Provider V3.5.1 now available

A patch release of the SP is now available [1] to address a forthcoming security advisory related to the ODBC plugin/extension. There are no other material changes.

The packages are going out to the mirrors now, and I will publish the advisory and update the wiki once the package copying completes.
