Shibboleth IdP plugin updates

The Shibboleth Project has released a number of small plugin updates for the IdP:

The Rhino scripting engine plugin was updated to incorporate the latest Rhino libraries. The Nimbus variant was not updated.

The JDBC storage plugin was updated to fix a record versioning bug and tighten up the closing of various JDBC objects, though we are unaware of any actual leaks in practice.

The TOTP plugin was updated to correct a couple of bugs and expose some new properties for adjusting the window size used by the code validation.

Updating in the standard way will get you the proper versions of the plugins as usual.

Another minor note: the download links for all the plugins are now https instead of http to help with problems some deployers have had due to their local firewall policies.
