OIDC OP v4.2.0 now available

The Shibboleth Project has released V4.2.0 of the OIDC OP plugin (see 
release notes at [1])

This is a feature release accompanying new version of the OIDC commons 
library along with some general improvements and bug fixes.

The bug fixes include fixes for a pair of race conditions in the 
authorization/authentication request processing. There will be a 
security advisory published rigfht after this announcement with 
additional details to finalize the release.
