Shibboleth Embedded Discovery Service V1.3.0 available

The Shibboleth Project has released a minor update to the EDS software, V1.3.0, that fixes a few bugs and adds some new cookie-related settings (SameSite support, for example).

Distribution is uploaded to [1] and the release notes are at [2].

I am working on getting the RPMs built and uploaded to the mirrors today.
