DuoOIDC Plugin v1.4.0 now available

The Shibboleth Project has released V1.4.0 of the DuoOIDC plugin (see release notes at [1])

Primarily, this release fixes compatibility issues with the latest version of the OIDC commons library. More specifically, DuoOIDC V1.4.0 is compatible with, and requires, version 2.2.0 of the OIDC commons library and version 4.3 of the IdP.

In addition, there are auditing improvements that harmonise DuoOIDC authentication logging with the rest of the IdP — please see the release notes if you are upgrading.
