Amazon Linux 2023 added to Shibboleth SP platform list

Amazon finalized their updated Linux release, so we have now added it to the list of supported platforms, but the name changed from 2022 to 2023, so:

- I have renamed the directory and am pushing the update out to the mirrors as best I can (it's not rare that my ability to do so fails).

- People need to update or regenerate their yum/dnf repository files to account for that change, or just regenerate it from our site [1].

The original repo was marked beta, so I'm not maintaining the old name.

I do not think I need to regenerate all the packages at this point and don't plan to, but if there are any problems with them I obviously will do so.
