Shibboleth SP on Windows V3.4.1.3 now available

As noted in the security advisory just posted, V3.4.1.3 of the Windows Service Provider installer is now posted [1] to provide the update to xmltooling 3.2.4 to correct the issue.

(RPMs for xmltooling are also going out to the mirrors now for all supported platforms.)
