Shibboleth server infrastructure migrating later today

With the Atlassian move done, we are moving our server infrastructure on to a new AWS host to get off CentOS 8 before it sunsets at the end of the year.

The plan is to do that this afternoon/evening. The priority for continuity of service is the community-facing part, so we will be debugging and restoring access to things in this general order:

- downloads of all sorts
- mail and mailing lists
- Nexus
- Git
- Jenkins (internal only anyway)

The V4 (and I hope the V6) address will be staying the same so no change to DNS will be involved, and downloads should be pretty much working immediately after the switchover, the rest should come online shortly thereafter.

I'm going to shoot for about 4pm EDT to do the initial cutover, and will take down the old mail server to freeze the lists at around 3:30pm.
