Shibboleth Identity Provider Windows installer updates

Service releases of the latest versions of the Shibboleth IdP software for Windows have been made available [1][2] to correct a security issue reported by the Jetty project. [3]

The installers, V4.0.1.1 and V3.4.7.1, have been updated to include Jetty 9.4.30 to correct the issue.

Those not using Windows or who are maintaining their own servlet container do not need this service release (though of course the Jetty issue may be relevant for others).
