Upcoming SP release

FYI,

Last week OpenSSL announced a "high" severity vulnerability and patch to V1.1.1 coming tomorrow, so I have been rushing to complete a round of small additions and fixes to get SP 3.2.0 out the door this week in case we need to patch the library in the Windows package.

Not sure of the day yet, probably Wednesday, or tomorrow if the vulnerability turns out to be really horrendous.

This is not a major update by any means, just a few new features so the version was bumped.
