Metadata changes on shibboleth.net

With the InCommon eduGAIN go-live, we're cleaning up the duplicated metadata we're loading into the Shibboleth wiki and issue tracker, and I wanted to issue a notice before I do that in case there are issues with the way particular federations are exporting their metadata to eduGAIN.

If I don't hear any concerns from the federations in question, I'll remove the feeds from Spain, Japan, and France later tomorrow (Friday).

Those SPs actually prioritize lookup against an MDQ pilot server InCommon is operating, so most lookup is on-demand (hint, hint). We've been doing that for many months, so that should tell you something about the state of that code if you haven't noticed.
