Shibboleth Identity Provider 3.1.0 available

The first upgrade release of the V3 Identity Provider software is now available [1]. This is primarily a patch release to fix many significant bugs identified since the release; the minor version change was necessary because of some API additions needed to fix bugs.



Release notes [2] and upgrade documentation [3] are available in the wiki, and this should be the first of many trivial upgrades for anybody running or testing V3.
