Wiki / Jira downtime and upgrade on 4/16 7:30 - 9:00pm EDT

We will be migrating wiki.shibboleth.net and issues.shibboleth.net to a new server this evening at 7:30 EDT and upgrading both of them in the process. There will be an indeterminate amount of downtime, probably about 60-90 minutes at most and service will be restored after DNS is changed.



While other services won't be affected during the move, the old server will also be patched later in the evening at 11:00pm EDT causing a brief interruption.
