Shibboleth Identity Provider 2.4.1 Released

The Shibboleth Project has released a patch update, V2.4.1, of the
Identity Provider software, along with an update to the OpenSAML library.

This release fixes a few open bugs, but primarily addresses two issues:

- the security advisory just announced regarding use of HTTP to access
remote configuration files
- a licensing issue with SVNKit that requires us to remove it from the
distribution

You can download the new release from the usual location [1] and we are in
the process of updating documentation now.
