Reminder about Red Hat 4 EOL

Please note that Feb. 29 marked the "end of life" for Red Hat 4 and CentOS
4, with no further publically available updates. As a consequence,
Shibboleth Service Provider support for these platforms is also
discontinued, as previously announced last year.

The existing package repository will be maintained as long as it remains
accessible in the build.opensuse.org system, but I can't provide a
specific timeline for how long that may last. The SRPMs from the last
supported release (2.4.3 and associated dependencies) can of course be
used to reproduce those packages on any RH4 system.

There will be no further packages for RH4 built by the project in the
event of security issues or at the time of the next release, so please
plan accordingly.
