Subversion Server Upgrade

I will be taking the Subversion server (svn.shibboleth.net) down on
Saturday, June 9th at 13:00UTC[1].  The downtime will last approximately
3 hours.

During this downtime, two things will happen.  First, the Subversion
server will be upgraded from version 1.6 to 1.7.  This upgrade does
*not* require any client changes.  You can read about this in a post I
made to the dev list[2].  Second, the server will be moving on to our
shiny new server and will be getting a new IP address (184.107.181.156).
