curl-openssl 7.24.0 published to RH6 repository

FYI,

The latest curl release included some security fixes, and while I don't think they affected Shibboleth or indeed even altered libcurl itself, I went ahead and refreshed the curl-openssl package published by the project repositories.

The soname appears to be identical to the one I had built before, even though it was several versions older, so either they aren't maintaining it properly (unlikely) or libcurl itself hasn't changed since then and this update won't actually change anything.
